What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming IT support requests via ticketing systems, email, chat, and walk-ups.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, escalating complex cases to higher-tier support.
  • Manage the user lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding and account configuration in Active Directory, Google Workspace, and MFA.
  • Prepare, image, and deploy Windows and macOS devices, and maintain office AV and peripheral equipment.
  • Maintain local server room systems with a focus on Active Directory Domain Services and virtualization tools like VMware and vSphere.
  • Create internal knowledge base documentation and support automation processes leveraging AI-driven tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Workplace and AD Domain Services technical support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and administration of Windows, macOS, Google Business Suite, and MS Office.
  • Proficiency in managing users, groups, and security policies via Active Directory and Google Admin console.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and IP network concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ManageEngine and Atlassian Jira.
  • Familiarity with creating and running PowerShell commands and scripts.
  • Basic understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Relevant IT certifications.
  • Proficiency in Russian.
