What you will do

• Oversee the uploading, tagging, and organization of digital assets in the firm’s DAM system.
• Create and update project sheets, resumes, brochures, and one-pagers.
• Maintain metadata standards, taxonomy, and folder structures to ensure findability.
• Ensure branding consistency across all marketing and proposal materials.
• Audit and clean existing assets by removing duplicates and correcting metadata.
• Support regional offices by uploading projects to the website.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, data management, communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent copy editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work well under deadline pressure and balance multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience, ideally in A/E/C marketing.
• Experience with digital asset management programs like Canto or Bynder.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Deltek Vantagepoint.
