What you will do

• Develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for all project phases.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and facility management teams.
• Oversee the selection and contracting process for consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices to manage project costs.
• Collaborate with account managers, building owners, and facility personnel to achieve quality and service objectives.
• Ensure all projects adhere to government laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
