TL;DR

Lead ERP Specialist (Oracle): Supporting the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and third-party applications with an accent on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS. Focus on implementing AI-driven automation using OCI AI Services and ensuring system scalability and reliability.

Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Design and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Infrastructure.
  • Drive business process improvement by implementing AI-driven automation and business intelligence features using OCI AI Services.
  • Build and customize applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation reports.
  • Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution for cloud applications and integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SQL development and database system design.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle VBCS/OIC development and integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience building and operating AI-powered cloud services using OCI AI Services.
  • Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX 3 days per week.
