What you will do
- Troubleshoot customer technical issues related to PC hardware and connectivity.
- Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, social media, and phone.
- Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor while resolving complex technical problems.
- Participate in assisted training to improve technical support skills.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery for international clients.
Requirements
- Portuguese: C1 minimum required
- English: B2 minimum required
- Must be located in Portugal
- Willingness to provide support via phone calls.
- In-depth knowledge of PC hardware and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Dedicated quiet workspace within your residence.
