TL;DR
Junior Technical Solutions Consultant (Technical Support): Resolving hardware and software technical issues for business systems and applications with an accent on remote service delivery and case management. Focus on troubleshooting complex systems, documenting resolutions in the Knowledge Management System, and ensuring SLA compliance.
Location: Hybrid (Expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office)

What you will do
- Resolve technical hardware and software issues for internal and external business users and end users.
- Respond to product and service questions regarding features, specifications, and repairs.
- Document case summaries and resolutions in the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure internal and external SLA demands are met.
- Assist the Sales Pursuit team and represent the company at customer visits or industry conferences.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a recent graduate (graduated by 2025).
- English: Intermediate Advanced (B2) required.
- 0-1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and customer environments.
- Knowledge of computing, storage, and peripheral hardware/software.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Experience with case management databases and tools.
