Location: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal). Must be based in or able to commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week.

Salary: €18,000 – €23,000 (Annual Gross)

What you will do

• Resolve customer queries via chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Manage complex challenges and complaints in a timely and correct manner.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Experts to improve the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer retention and business growth.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional proficiency in German and English (speaking and writing).
• Based in or able to commute to the Lisbon office (minimum 2 days per week).
• Flexibility to work at least 2 weekends per month and some public holidays.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
