Salary: 18.000€–23.000€ per year.

What you will do
- Engage and delight customers by resolving complex challenges and complaints.
- Manage disputes between buyers and sellers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Provide timely support via chat, email, phone, and social media.
- Collaborate with Sales and Expert teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Gather and share valuable customer feedback to drive service improvements.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
- Professional proficiency in Japanese and English (speaking and writing).
- Must be able to commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week.
- Flexibility to work at least 2 weekends a month and on public holidays.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
