TL;DR

Customer Service Representative (Ecommerce): Managing customer queries and mediating disputes between buyers and sellers for a unique objects marketplace with an accent on Spanish and English communication. Focus on resolving complex challenges via chat, email, and phone while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: €18,000–€23,000 annual gross

What you will do

  • Address and resolve customer queries via chat, email, phone, and social media.
  • Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to find mutually acceptable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other departments to enhance the overall Customer Experience.
  • Provide valuable feedback based on customer contact to drive service improvements.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
  • Professional speaking and writing proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week.
  • Flexibility to work at least 2 weekends per month and some public holidays.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
