Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in office)
Salary: €18,000–€23,000 annual gross

What you will do
- Address and resolve customer queries via chat, email, phone, and social media.
- Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to find mutually acceptable solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other departments to enhance the overall Customer Experience.
- Provide valuable feedback based on customer contact to drive service improvements.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
- Professional speaking and writing proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week.
- Flexibility to work at least 2 weekends per month and some public holidays.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
