Salary: $23.00–$25.50/hour (approx. $47,840–$53,040/year)

What you will do
- Deliver world-class customer service by responding to support tickets within established SLAs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using internal knowledge bases and desktop tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report trends, provide feedback, and resolve escalated customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in creating knowledge base articles.
- Monitor client-facing communication tools and adhere to performance guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the support team.
Requirements
- Written fluency in Portuguese and English required
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Bellevue, WA
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
