TL;DR
Associate Solutions Consultant (Healthcare): Own the technical evaluation from first demo through signature by running discovery, translating operational pain into a business case, and building tailored proof of concepts on ’s agentic patient orchestration platform. Focus on structured intake/prior authorization workflow analysis, security/compliance fluency (SOC 2), and presenting credible before-and-after process outcomes to both operational and technical stakeholders.
Location: New York City Office
Salary: $125K–$145K OTE (Offers Equity)

What you will do
- Run structured discovery across referral intake, prior authorization, and patient processing workflows to identify operational pain points and quantify organizational cost.
- Deliver prospect-specific product demonstrations focused on the customer’s problems rather than generic feature walkthroughs.
- Architect and build tailored proof of concepts scoped to what will move the deal.
- Create current/future state process maps to make before-and-after outcomes clear.
- Own deal strategy with the Account Executive by tracking deal stage, stakeholders, and next steps to close.
- Translate ’s technical capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical buyers (operations leaders, CFOs, clinical directors).
Requirements
- 0–2 years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on technical ability: configure complex software, work with APIs, and build demo/sandbox environments; understand how data moves through a system.
- Security and compliance fluency: read SOC 2, interpret controls (encryption, access management, network segmentation), and respond to vendor security assessments.
- Comfort presenting to and building credibility with operational buyers and technical stakeholders (IT, security, compliance).
- CS degree or equivalent technical foundation strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Healthcare experience (DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or provider-side operations).
- Startup experience.
