What you will do

• Lead trading performance tracking and forecasting to drive net growth across Glass and Stream.
• Analyze demand and conversion metrics to optimize customer and P&L performance.
• Deliver accurate reporting and root-cause diagnosis for performance over or under-performance.
• Provide mitigation and "go-faster" recommendations to senior partners across various routes to market.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three professionals, ensuring high-standard output and career growth.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is required (no sponsorship available).
• High numerical and analytical proficiency with strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with complex data (e.g., telecoms, media, FMCG).
• Proven experience in coaching and managing individuals.
• Ability to present findings clearly via PowerPoint and spreadsheets to Director-level stakeholders.
