TL;DR

Dialler Manager (Contact Center): Establishing and optimizing a new dialler platform to drive contact center efficiency with an accent on campaign configuration and performance monitoring. Location: Hybrid (Bolton, UK) — Minimum of 2 days per week in the Bolton office

What you will do

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the dialler platform.
  • Manage daily dialler campaigns, adjusting pacing, rules, and contact strategies to ensure smooth operation.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, including contact rates, service levels, and agent productivity.
  • Provide performance reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with data, IT, and operational teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Ensure all dialler activity complies with GDPR, OFCOM, and Do Not Call regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dialler management within a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Deep understanding of outbound campaign types (predictive, power, preview, manual, and blended).
  • Analytical mindset with solid MS Excel and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships between technical and operational teams.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Bolton office at least 2 days per week.
