What you will do

• Act as a central client contact, build trusted relationships, and maintain satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Lead campaign and project delivery, including actionable briefs, status meetings, deliverables, timelines, quality checks, and risk escalation.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and foster collaboration, innovation, and high-quality media work for Google Ads.
• Oversee campaign financials, revenue forecasting, budgets, margins, reconciliation, invoicing, and utilization.
• Identify organic growth opportunities by understanding client needs and business challenges.
• Mentor team members and potentially line manage one or two direct reports.

Requirements

• Proven, demonstrable experience at Account Manager level or above in a media agency.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.
• Excellent client relationship, written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, budgets, and margin forecasts.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
