What you will do

• Support the contract delivery team to ensure profitability, cash management, and cost control of all schemes.
• Manage application and credit control processes, income forecasting, and the pricing of variations.
• Produce and analyze CVRs, CTC, and forecasting data.
• Oversee the full sub-contract cycle, including documentation and payment promptness.
• Review weekly site records and participate in project progress meetings.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports and internal audits.

Requirements

• Degree, HND, or HNC equivalent.
• Working towards a Professional Qualification.
• Post-degree experience in a contracting commercial department, preferably within the rail industry.
• Ability to interpret construction industry conditions of contract.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to work onsite in Portsmouth.
