Creator & Social Media Manager (SaaS)

hirify.global is a software product company focused on helping businesses improve post-click conversion and turn paid traffic into customers.

What you will do

• Create educational content that helps the audience improve advertising performance, ROAS, and post-click conversion.
• Produce Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube videos.
• Appear on camera as one of the brand’s creators, covering product tips, industry insights, conversion teardowns, experiments, trends, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Own the full content process from brainstorming and filming through editing, publishing, and analysis.
• Work with the wider team to amplify personal brands and distribute content across team members’ channels.
• Experiment with new formats, hooks, trends, AI tools, growth tactics, creators, and influencers to expand organic reach.

Requirements

• Experience building an audience around software, either through SaaS social media channels or as an independent creator.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition and post-click conversion.
• Confidence and natural ability on camera.
• Ability to turn ideas into content and maintain a clear point of view on audience needs.
• Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn hirify.global’s product deeply.
• Native-level English; German content production is an advantage.

Nice to have

• An existing personal channel or portfolio demonstrating on-camera content.
• Ability to create content on-site with the team.
