What you will do

• Produce diverse content formats including Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube videos.
• Act as a brand face by appearing on camera for product tips, industry insights, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle from brainstorming and filming to editing and performance analysis.
• Experiment with new formats, AI tools, and growth tactics to maximize organic reach.
• Collaborate with team members to amplify personal brands and coordinate with influencers.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency is required.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Proficiency in video editing tools to produce polished final content.
• Ability to learn and master new technology and product features quickly.
• Strong instinct for social media trends and audience engagement.
• Ideally capable of producing content in German.
