What you will do

• Assist the commercial team in ensuring profitability, cash management, and cost control for all schemes.
• Manage the full sub-contract cycle, including documentation and KPI reporting.
• Produce accurate project reporting, including CVRs, income forecasts, and pricing of variations.
• Review site records, including allocation sheets and diaries, to ensure accurate financial performance tracking.
• Contribute to weekly cost-to-complete and budget reviews with contract delivery teams.
• Support the commercial manager in maintaining well-organized records and adhering to group commercial policies.

Requirements

• Degree or HND/HNC equivalent qualification.
• Working towards a professional qualification.
• Suitable post-degree experience in a contracting commercial department, preferably within the rail industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract.
