Salary: $50,000 per year; Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000–$150,000

What you will do
- Drive new business growth through field outreach, digital engagement, and local networking.
- Own the full sales cycle, turning conversations into revenue and delivering consistent results in the territory.
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and act as a go-to advisor for their goals.
- Deliver value-driven presentations showing how Genius® improves operations, increases loyalty, and fuels growth.
- Shape territory strategy using market insights to strengthen pipeline and accelerate deal momentum.
- Spend up to 75% of time in the field for face-to-face relationship building.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of success in B2B or B2C outside sales with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and virtually.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and earn trust with business owners.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort spending up to 75% of time in the field.
- Residence within two hours of the territory to stay connected and responsive.
