Salary: CAD 130,000 – 160,000

What you will do

• Manage the managed services production environment by defining and deploying necessary telemetry and monitoring system health.
• Partner with clients to ensure seamless deployment and integration of hirify.global software.
• Design metrics and implement direct code improvements to enhance product reliability and operability.
• Handle incident management, code upgrades, health checks, and optimization projects for existing environments.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on API best practices for middleware creation during integration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve client issues and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience deploying and maintaining products in complex environments, preferably within financial services.
• 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Experience maintaining high availability in remote production environments, including VDIs and virtualization.
• Proficiency in DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Go, YAML, and Bash.
• Experience managing production environments in a SaaS or managed service model.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages such as Java, Rust, or Javascript.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency with service management tools like Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
