What you will do
- Respond to production incidents and outages to diagnose problems and restore service.
- Implement and maintain monitoring systems to proactively identify potential issues.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage underlying infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud resources.
- Develop and maintain deployment processes for software updates and releases.
- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure system reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in production support handling incidents.
- Strong knowledge of OCP and Windows environments.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Scripting skills in Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
- Database management experience with SQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with Kubernetes and disaster recovery planning.
