Warehouse Management ERP Application Owner (m/f/d) (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands. Hybrid work is available through a remote contract with occasional travel to the office for anchor days.

What you will do

• Own the operational lifecycle of business-critical Warehouse Management ERP applications.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Provide L1/L2 application operations and coordinate complex L3 topics with ERP Consultants and Developers.
• Support operational readiness and solution validation for changes and enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements to application stability and maintainability.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management business processes in an ERP or enterprise application environment.
• Experience with application lifecycle and IT service management principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Collaborative, proactive approach when working with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants, and Developers.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL.
• German language skills.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to application operations, support processes, and user experience.
