What you will do
- Record and modify customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Manage written correspondence and communication with customers.
- Coordinate verbally and in writing with German-speaking colleagues.
- Prepare and amend price quotations.
Requirements
- Strong German language skills.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and reliably.
- Resilience and critical thinking.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Openness to learning new IT solutions (S/4HANA, AI).
Nice to have
- English or other foreign language skills.
- Experience using SAP at a user level.
