What you will do

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and voice for global users in Italian and English.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to address complaints and feedback about websites, products, platforms, and services.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to Level 2/Supervisors as directed by operations management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Italian relevant to the role, plus high-level English proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in language-related roles (translation, interpretation, or localization).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver multilingual support.
  • Willingness to work according to a given schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle challenging language situations under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset and excellent time management for multilingual case handling.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and/or fintech.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zendesk.
  • Basic computer knowledge (macOS, Lark, Microsoft Office, G-Suite).
