Support Associate (English speaking)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Budapest, 2nd district, Hungary

Salary: 467,000 HUF gross per month for a 40-hour full-time position, plus shift allowance. Student base hourly rate: 2,150 HUF.

What you will do

• Assist customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone.
• Help ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
• Collaborate with the Support team and other hirify.global teams to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Existing availability and the right to work in Hungary.
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week across morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Clear, warm communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is not required; training is provided.
