What you will do
- Resolve player inquiries regarding account access, technical issues, and gameplay.
- Handle purchase-related queries and provide accurate information about game updates.
- Collaborate with team leads and operations managers to improve support quality.
- Participate in training modules to develop professional skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client projects, past releases, and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- German: C1 minimum required
- English: B2 minimum required
- Must be located in Greece
- Own a modern gaming PC or console (PS4/PS5, Xbox, Switch).
- Dedicated quiet workspace at home.
- Technical setup: Windows 11 or macOS 13+, 8GB RAM, and stable internet (15 Mb/s up/down).
