What you will do

• Lead actuarial system change management initiatives, focusing on AXIS and Risk Integrity enhancements.
• Oversee actuarial data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Act as asset model owner, recommending economic assumptions and target asset allocations.
• Manage quarterly new business profitability reporting and develop the new business plan.
• Lead and develop a team of actuarial professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate across Capital Management, Finance, Risk, and Investments to ensure reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Fellowship (FSA/FCIA) with 10+ years of relevant actuarial experience.
• Strong background in valuation, capital, ALM, or financial reporting within life insurance.
• Deep understanding of Canadian (IFRS17, LICAT) and U.S. accounting and capital regimes.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and influence functions.
• Deep technical experience with Axis and Risk Integrity.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
