What you will do

• Contribute to the launch and development of group and individual insurance products.
• Conduct trend studies and participate in annual product renewals.
• Analyze financial performance of strategic initiatives and provide optimization recommendations.
• Support pricing and sales teams in acquiring new clients.
• Design interactive Power BI reports to track financial growth and activity.
• Perform monthly reserve evaluations under IFRS 17 and support the designated actuary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science required.
• Two years of relevant actuarial work experience.
• Proficient English is required for daily collaboration with teams outside Québec.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Completed ASA or ACIA designation.
• Experience in group or individual insurance.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Visual Basic.
