What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams within the Core Experience organization.
• Design the organizational structure to scale across product surfaces and AI-focused teams.
• Set technical direction and guide architectural decisions to balance speed and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product and Design leadership to translate strategy into clear priorities and execution.
• Guide the development of AI-powered product experiences leveraging LLMs.
• Coach leaders and teams toward strong execution, healthy collaboration, and high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading multiple engineering teams and directly managing Engineering Managers in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong technical credibility with the ability to contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions.
• Experience leading AI-native product development or building AI-powered product experiences.
• Proven track record of leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
• Experience in growth-stage companies, managing organizational scaling pains.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in one of the supported European countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, workflow automation, or developer platforms.
• Interest in open-source software and builder communities.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong product sense and experience partnering deeply with Product and Design.
