What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of sub-region-specific community partnership and development strategies.
• Drive the expansion of IS-authorized schools and group partnerships within the subregion.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Ministries of Education, regional authorities, and philanthropic organizations.
• Align IB programs with national education reform agendas and transformation goals.
• Create and oversee the delivery of culturally relevant consultancy services tailored to national needs.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in education leadership, policy, curriculum alignment, or international programs management.
• Master's degree in Business Management, Education, Public Policy, MBA, or a related field.
• Proven track record in growing stakeholder bases and sustaining high-level government partnerships.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Must be eligible to work on local terms in Washington DC.
