Salary: $300,000 - $340,000 yearly

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive content development strategies for scripted programming.
• Supervise and manage the scripted development department and production quality.
• Analyze storylines and pitches while participating in the green light committee for project approvals.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, commercial, and analytics teams to adapt and edit stories.
• Act as a primary liaison between programming, entertainment executives, and studios.
• Manage departmental budgets and maintain corporate obligations.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in long-form Spanish language scripted development or TV/film production.
• Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Extensive knowledge of TV production and US Hispanic population demographics.
• Proven creative and managerial experience in the novella/soap opera genre.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Communication, Journalism, or TV Production.
• Ability to manage high-powered talent and administrative departmental duties.
