What you will do

• Review and test design adequacy and operating effectiveness of key controls in high-risk areas.
• Perform walkthroughs and determine testing approaches based on required assurance levels.
• Execute control performance testing and document sample selection methods.
• Liaise with stakeholders to develop risk remediation plans and improve the control environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and resolve control and process gaps.
• Analyze data to identify risk patterns and report findings to oversight committees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting with 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor's with 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Financial Reporting according to U.S. GAAP and 10Q/K standards.
• Proven track record of performing independent reviews and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to identify and recommend process enhancements to mitigate operational risk.
• Experience developing remediation plans to address control deficiencies.
• Knowledge of evolving regulatory expectations and financial regulations.
