What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for PMS integrations, API partnerships, and connectivity use cases.
• Partner with engineering to translate market requirements into scalable, well-documented integration products.
• Establish processes, tooling, and operating rhythms to scale the connectivity product offering.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with PMS vendors, CRS, and guest experience platforms.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure the health and growth of the connectivity business unit.
• Represent the company as the subject matter expert in industry forums and partner engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in hospitality technology, SaaS connectivity, or API-driven platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven P&L ownership or business unit management experience.
• Strong technical fluency with REST APIs and data integration patterns.
• Deep domain knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem (PMS, POS, CRS).
• Track record of building and scaling teams in early or growth-stage environments.
