What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and Plan of Record for the Oracle connector portfolio.
• Define and drive AI-enhanced features for connectors, including guided setup, diagnostics, and predictive insights.
• Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Act as the primary advocate for Oracle integrations across internal teams and external partners.
• Lead cross-functional war rooms to resolve customer escalations and improve product reliability.
• Track and report on key performance indicators including adoption rates, time-to-value, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or ERP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, JDE, or PeopleSoft.
• Demonstrated success managing integration products or connectors at enterprise scale.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
• Experience defining KPIs and leading cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Background in tax compliance, fintech, or financial systems.
• Experience building or managing AI-infused product features.
• Familiarity with global compliance requirements like VAT, GST, and e-invoicing.
• History of working directly with Oracle’s product and engineering ecosystem.
