What you will do

• Lead the international roll-out, expansion, and continuous improvement of AI voice bots to enhance customer service quality.
• Scale and optimize AI chatbots for successful deployment across various international markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the existing customer service infrastructure.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for conversational AI products aligned with business goals.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive data-driven innovations and stay current with conversational AI and telephony trends.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management with a proven record in conversational AI.
• Strong understanding of telephony services and Contact Center applications (e.g., Twilio for call flows).
• Solid experience with LLM applications and integration of AI tools into product management workflows.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing international product roll-outs and diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
