What you will do

• Build and maintain NPV, unit economics, and customer lifetime value models for acquiring and business account products.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior to identify value-driving levers and validate model assumptions.
• Design and implement experiments including A/B tests and holdouts to validate product and pricing hypotheses.
• Develop dashboards to track real-time portfolio economics and identify performance deviations.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to translate analytical insights into commercial decisions.
• Present complex findings to stakeholders, including the executive committee, to influence business strategy.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business analytics, financial planning, or strategy within a data-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Excel or Python for financial modeling.
• Strong foundation in valuation methodology, statistics, and experimental design.
• Ability to break down complex business challenges into structured, actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
