Senior Strategy and Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid schedule with office attendance required on Tuesday–Thursday and optional home working on Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Develop and optimise promotional and pricing strategies using data analysis, experimentation, scenario modelling, and profitability analysis.
• Analyse marketing campaigns, conversion funnels, product performance, and portfolio results at detailed customer-segment level.
• Define KPIs and monitoring frameworks, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for responsible growth.
• Assess new product, channel, and customer-segment expansion opportunities using commercial frameworks, ROI models, and NPV models.
• Work with Credit Risk, Data Science, Product, and Growth stakeholders to implement and validate strategies in production.
• Present concise, data-backed insights to senior leadership and mentor junior graduate analysts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role, such as Growth, Credit Risk, Product Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
• Proficiency in coding, ideally with SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical, commercial, strategic, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
