What you will do

• Design and deploy production-grade agentic AI solutions to support enterprise decision-making.
• Serve as 'Customer Zero' to stress-test and refine emerging hirify.global AI technologies.
• Develop rapid proof-of-concepts using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and DSPy.
• Architect advanced GraphRAG and Knowledge Graph systems for autonomous multi-hop reasoning.
• Optimize retrieval strategies, including embeddings, vector databases, and hybrid search.
• Mentor mid-level data scientists on applied AI patterns and scalable pipeline development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, including RAG and production agentic workflows.
• Deep expertise in graph technologies (Neo4j, RDF) and GraphRAG implementation.
• Strong command of retrieval system mechanics, including vector databases and re-ranking.
• English proficiency: Expert-level (C1+) required for global team collaboration.
• Thrive in a 'build from scratch' environment with a focus on rapid experimentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global products like hirify.global Sense or Talend.
• Experience with AI observability tools such as Ragas, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases.
