What you will do

  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments aligned with the product strategy, analyzing trends, needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop business cases and growth initiatives, supporting go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Contribute to pricing, positioning, and value proposition development, including strategic partnerships to expand adoption.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, acting as the interface between customers and the product team.
  • Translate customer use cases into product requirements, including AI-powered workflows, and run regular business/performance reviews.
  • Track customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention metrics and identify expansion opportunities such as new use cases and upselling.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrable experience in business development, product, or strategic account management in product-driven organizations.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills with a structured, analytical working style.
  • Knowledge of AI impact in Pharma workflows and awareness of latest AI developments.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into structured business and product insights in a fast-moving AI environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15% annually) and ability to liaise with stakeholders across the globe.
