What you will do

• Lead the development and improvement of VAS processes, including kitting, labeling, and packaging.
• Manage process validation activities and ensure compliance with quality system requirements and regulatory standards.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Specify and validate equipment, tooling, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to support new product introductions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operations staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a regulated industry.
• Proven experience with process development, validation, and quality systems.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Heerlen, Netherlands.
