What you will do

• Own quality activities across the full product lifecycle, from sales and product development through serial production to end-of-life.
• Ensure alignment with customer requirements and lead quality discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead root cause analyses and improvement programs to address quality issues comprehensively.
• Provide quality input into product and process design decisions.
• Manage supplier quality: assess, improve, and handle supplier-related quality issues.
• Identify major improvement areas, take full ownership, and improve overall organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in quality engineering, especially in (electronics) manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, FMEA, and APQP.
• Experience supporting supplier quality and managing supplier-related quality issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
