What you will do

  • Develop and implement IWS standards and tools to drive operational efficiency.
  • Coach and train shop floor teams, leaders, and cross-functional groups in RTT and IWS methodologies.
  • Facilitate Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and ensure adherence to IWS rhythms.
  • Execute loss elimination activities and serve as a process owner for key IWS pillars.
  • Monitor performance indicators and translate data insights into actionable improvement plans.
  • Act as a visible ambassador for IWS, identifying opportunities for behavioral and systemic improvements.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Dutch (must-have) and strong working knowledge of English.
  • Professional knowledge of IWS, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen with proven results.
  • Relevant experience in food or pharmaceutical production environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets in MS Office.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong coaching and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Affinity with digital systems and AI.
  • Experience in continuous improvement processes within manufacturing.
