What you will do

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining operations.
• Create efficient machining strategies for complex precision components.
• Select tooling, cutting parameters, and machining methods to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Validate machining programs directly on the machine and resolve challenges related to tolerances and surface finish.
• Collaborate with CNC operators, engineers, and quality teams on NPI projects.
• Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to the Netherlands
• Proven experience in developing CNC programs for complex precision parts.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAM software.
• Strong understanding of machining strategies, tooling, and fixture selection.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges regarding tolerances and cycle times.
• English proficiency required for professional collaboration
