What you will do
- Define standards for process documentation and SOP creation.
- Translate complex workflows into clear SOPs, playbooks, and process maps.
- Develop global documentation frameworks and templates; capture current and future state processes.
- Build and maintain process maps across partner lifecycle activities and keep a centralized knowledge base.
- Align documentation with CRM/PRM systems and workflows, documenting updates, launches, and system changes.
- Create quick-reference guides and enablement content; identify documentation gaps and improve quality.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or SOP development.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into structured, user-friendly documentation.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with documentation tools and AI tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Lucidchart, Claude, Copilot).
