Salary: $35.00/hr – $39.37/hr

What you will do

• Develop and maintain instructional documentation across print, web, and multimedia formats.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and define documentation requirements.
• Analyze system workflows and procedures to produce clear, user-focused content.
• Contribute to documentation efforts across multiple projects to enhance product usability.
• Ensure consistency across all materials by following established style guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Irving, TX
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of one year of technical writing experience, preferably in the software industry.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Camtasia.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Microsoft Style Guide.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of applicable industry or field-specific experience.
