What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, from intake meetings to onboarding.
• Track and optimize recruitment quality to meet established KPIs.
• Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to address talent needs.
• Implement EVP strategies and employer branding roadmaps in the region.
• Build relationships with target schools and support campus recruitment events.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within the TA organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Native proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese; fluent English (C1).
• Proven track record in leading and deploying recruitment projects.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and local labor laws.
• Ability to accept flexible working locations or business travel as required.
