What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial planning and performance analysis to deliver financial targets.
• Develop high-quality visual management reporting and dashboards using Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Take full ownership of management information (MI) reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability assessments, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes for routine and ad hoc requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, forecasting processes, and data quality.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid working model.
