What you will do
- Manage software development projects within the Global Engineering department.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary engineering and service teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate project ideas and support internal approval processes.
- Align project scope and timelines with other project managers.
- Report project status and escalate relevant technical or risk-related topics.
- Organize prototype testing and ramp-up procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proven project management experience with a focus on software and cybersecurity.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Experience in the wind turbine industry, particularly with electrical/control systems, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
Nice to have
- Project management certification.
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
- German or Spanish language skills.
