What you will do

• Design and execute business initiatives to drive continuous improvement and growth of hirify.global.com
• Analyze processes and support scaling efforts in close cooperation with the management team
• Lead cross-functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and business analytics
• Write and review business cases, conduct supporting research and analysis, and drive projects from design to release
• Drive European-level performance management initiatives to ensure constant business growth
• Work as a generalist across multiple parallel projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time work experience (growth company, start-up, or management consulting preferred)
• Fluent English and German
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
