What you will do

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners.
• Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners using proprietary data and technology.
• Convert complex data into actionable business cases to move key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Optimize business streams and cross-functional workflows to support rapid scale.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in analytical business roles, strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Ability to leverage data for strategic decisions and craft narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
• Must be willing to relocate to Buenos Aires.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
