What you will do

• Own and manage the Power BI workspace for marketing to ensure accurate and scalable reports.
• Develop and optimize dashboards for campaign, website, and CRM performance.
• Translate business questions into clear analyses and actionable insights for marketing stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps and define requirements for new data sources or dataset improvements.
• Establish best practices for reporting design, KPI definitions, and workspace governance.
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills for working with structured data in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics, website, and CRM data.
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into KPIs and analytical outputs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
